Ollie 1 year

This is my favorite pic of Grandpa and Ollie.

Ollie is 1 year old! I can't believe it! Time goes by too fast. My little Ollie is my saving grace he is so sweet, easy and snuggly. He is happy to be anywhere. He is friendly and he loves his dada. He is so good for me when I struggle with that 2 almost 3 year old Kadence. When we go through her tough times, I just snuggle that Ollie and I feel so much better. He gives the best hugs and open mouth slobbery kisses. It is way easy to get him to smile or laugh. He is a talker. He usually only says "dada" or "whatsthat", but he can say "teeth" and point to them. He can say "shhh", "toes", and "juice".
He loves to play on the stairs and railing. Kadence did it too but it was easier to contain her with baby gates. He can turn around at the top of the stairs to come down. I don't worry about him going up and down stairs anymore. He has freedom throughout the whole house and it is the cutest thing ever. Kadence always turned around way too early and Ollie doesn't turn far enough he usually backs into the wall. So cute and funny.
He loves to stand at the window.
He sleeps a lot. Up until a few weeks ago he was taking 3 naps a day.
When he gets tired or sad he lays flat on the floor with his face down. It is so cute and sad.
He loves to be upside down.
He loves TV especially Signing Times.
He loves to point and say "whatsthat".
He is really into walking and standing lately. He loves to walk while holding on to our fingers and if we stop he throws a fit. He can stand for a long time and can take 2-3 steps. He is very close to walking. I hope he does soon because he seems pretty frustrated that he can't.
He throws a fit if he wants a toy that Kadence has or if he wants me to hold him and Kadence is already. They both push and hit each other instead of sharing toys, books, or mom.
He hates his diaper changed. I don't think he has ever held still for us since he learned to roll over.
He loves to play on chairs or beds. He can kind of climb beds it is hit or miss and the result is usually him crying because he has fallen or frustrated.
He is a little guy but definitely can eat a lot.
He loves to climb all over you. He giggles and body slams. We (Kadence, Nate, and me) yell "ahhh Ollie is getting me!" and he yells ahhh and giggles.
He is a copycat especially with funny noises I make.
He loves music and dancing. He has started dancing when we were listening to classical music.
He loves when Kadence crawls with him. He giggles.
He loves when Kadence plays with him.
He loves to play in bathrooms and IN the toilet. Something Kadence never did.
He loves grandpa.
When he gets tired he gets hyper, just like his sister. He will literally jump out of your hands and giggle his head off randomly at bedtime. Especially if Kadence is running around in his room. They are crazy. He does go to bed way easy. Thank goodness because Kadence doesn't right now.
He loves to chase our cats.
